About Me

Beyond the professional
I am a world traveler, lover of the great outdoors and collector of hobbies, master of none. I spend my free time volunteering with an equine therapy program to teach ranching skills to veterans and first responders facing mental health challenges. Outside of the ranch, you'll find me at the beach playing volleyball, surfing or swimming or in the mountains skiing, hiking or camping.Â
I’m a design-trained UX Researcher & Strategist with 7 years of experience helping teams make sense of complex problems and turning insights into product direction. I specialize in Human-AI Interaction in B2B workflows.

My career has spanned healthcare, consumer technology, financial services and more, giving me a broad perspective on how people interact with products across different contexts. For the past four years, I’ve focused on health tech, working at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and complex clinical workflows.

I work across the full research lifecycle, from framing ambiguous problems and identifying opportunities to evaluating concepts, shaping experiences, and influencing what gets built. I use whatever combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is right for the question — from interviews, diary studies, and usability testing to surveys and post-launch product analytics.
Evidence-Based Strategy: Influencing product roadmaps by translating ambiguous user problems into confident, strategic decisions.
AI & Healthcare Expertise: Deep experience uncovering opportunities within high-stakes clinical workflows and human-AI collaboration.
Mixed-Methods Mastery: Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover systemic forces shaping user behavior.
